This month in Aistear, we had fun working in our own hospital where we took very good care of all the sick dolls and teddies. A special thank you to Ruadhán's mum Marie who came to visit our class and told us about her job as a nurse. We learned how important it is to wash your hands and how to look after a cut. She even showed us how to put in a real "Freddie" to make our doll better!

Ms. Ivers' Class celebrate World Book Day.
We had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day this month in Room 1. We came to school dressed as characters from our favourite books. We also enjoyed a shared reading session with Ms. Finn's 6th Class who read us some stories as gaeilge!
Happy Easter from Ms. Ivers' Junior Infants!
We had great fun creating Easter chicks and decorating Easter eggs in Room 1 this week. A special thanks you to Ms. O' Brien's 6th class for taking us on an Easter hunt. It was fantastic fun and we especially loved our little chocolate prize at the end!
Saint Patrick's Day Celebrations in Ms. Ivers' Class.
We had great fun dressing up in the Irish colours and parading around the school for Saint Patrick's Day. We really enjoyed performing our poem 'Gugalaí Gug' for the other infant classes in the halla. Here are some photos of our celebrations!
